Sometimes I wish not having elephant memory

Sometimes the memories still attached certain moments that, perhaps unconsciously not not want to let go. Its ever happened to you that you begin to remember things? Even more enjoyable moments that you had with someone either chat or in person?
Actually I find it quite sad and in bad taste, that you saved the time and having treasured those moments in your memories for comment someday, and precisely that person with which you shared this moment, does not remember anything of what happened then.
Could it be that the moments are indifferent? Could it be that the moments are made to be forgotten? or to be remembered Maybe one day?
Sometimes I wish to have no memory of an elephant, for certain occasions.
What can happen when you insist too much on certain things ...

Did you ever happened, being in one of those wooden
stairs and have a rung loose? Moreover its ever happened to you, knowing you
have the step about to get away, even the still using the stair?
On issues such as these is that accidents happen, or
it could mean, that's why things happen to me.
The other day I was working as usual, and among my
tools, there is a ladder of those homemade, made of wood. Actually the time
that I've been using, I never noticed whether or not this step was loose, but
strangely yesterday if I could see as that step was to get away.
Anyone would have stopped using the stairs for safety.
Yeah right, anyone, but the fact is I'm not anyone, and yet knowing that this
step could leave at any time, even the kept using, creating such trusts me, you
would not, and much less that nothing would happen. But then again, the funny
part is that I sensed that at some point, this step would give and I would have
one of those ugly falls at ridiculousness style, yet of persistent, I continue using
this ladder.
Until the moment that I was waiting, arrived...
The step came off completely as soon as I was going
down!
